Broadpath Devon

Location: Broadpath, Devon.
North of Uffculme village in Mid Devon.

Size: 1.2 hectares

The 1.2 hectare site is located north of Uffculme village in Mid Devon. It is approximately 1.5 kilometres (1 mile) east of Junction 27 of the M5 Motorway, just to the south of the A38. It is situated 25 kilometres (16 miles) north of Exeter, 20 kilometres (12.5 miles) south of Taunton and 10 kilometres (6 miles) east of Tiverton.

A new entrance access is to be constructed from the site to Clay Lane, which is to be widened in connection with the development. This will provide improved access to the A38 to the north which connects to Junction 27 of the M5 motorway, 1.5 kilometres (1.0 mile) to the west.

Permission was granted by Devon County Council on 13th August 2021 for Construction of an asphalt plant and associated development including importation and recycling of reclaimed asphalt product (RAP) for use in the plant.

The entire site has been let to Aggregate Industries who will be constructing the asphalt plant themselves with an operational date of Spring 2024.

Artisan Quarter Maidstone

Location: Tonbridge Road, Maidstone.
Adjacent to Maidstone West Railway Station.

Size: 1.8 acres

Planning permission for the redevelopment of retail outlets and a builder’s merchant yard on Tonbridge Road in Maidstone.

The former site has a history of commercial and light industrial use over 75 years. Brilliantly located, practically adjacent to Maidstone West Railway Station and access to the town centre. Pelican View

LOCATION

Pelican View is in an established and popular location adjacent to the B2097 Rochester Road, Rochester in the borough of Tonbridge & Malling. Redevelopment of former HBC Engineering site.

Planning permission was obtained for the redevelopment of the former HBC engineering brownfield site, into a scheme comprising of 142 dwellings in the coastal community of Minster on Sea. This includes 131 units of (3 to 4-bedroom) houses and 11 affordable units within a 3-storey apartment block.

The development is located on Power Station Road covering 9.7 acres nearby Kent’s stunning coastline and countryside of Minster. It was also important for the site to be sustainable in this area with respect to local services and leisure activities in walking or cycling distance. Surrounding the development is Halfway Houses Primary School, equestrian stables and Sheerness Golf Course.
